In the heart of Kozjansko, among forests, hills, valleys and streams, stands a renovated homestead that combines tradition and modern elegance. In the social part of the house, where the warmth of the home and the richness of the cellar meet, a space is revealed where every detail tells a story – the wine cabinet B and the counter S.

Wine cabinet B is more than just a refrigerated display case – it is the heart of the space. Built into the walls, with three sliding doors and space for all the house’s wines, it hides a special wooden barrel in the central part, in which the cognac matures. The glass surface bears the manuscript of Prešeren’s Toast , which floats as a tribute to the nation, vineyards and family ties. The interior is surrounded by the wood of old oak barrels, permeated with soft, adjustable light – from gentle warmth to dramatic elegance.

On the right wall, a hand-painted harvest scene is revealed: the family's ancestors at the vineyard festival, including Prešeren with his muse. It feels as if the doors of time are opened through art and the guest becomes part of a story that lives on over a glass of wine.

This artistic scene continues into the S counter – an elegant altar of spirits. Made of noble oak wood, with pull-out drawers and a silk crystal wall in warm copper shades, it offers a feeling of prestige and coziness at the same time. Above the counter reigns a metal-designed, one-piece welded module of dynamic shapes, with oak shelves and discreet lighting, which presents selected bottles as valuable exhibits. In the center, a handmade glass sculpture with the horns of local deer – a symbol of strength, nature and connection with the native places – attracts the eye.

B and S together create a harmony of history, art and contemporary design. They are not just spatial elements, but a living story about family, nature and culture – a space where the warmth of home, an artistic soul and modern elegance meet.
