Configurations

Colors and surface treatments

Wide range of color and surface treatment options. In addition to its aesthetic value, surface treatment also has the task of protecting joinery from weather and other influences.

AluK uses the highest standards, confirmed by QUALICOAT (powder coating) and ISO 14001:2004 certificates.

Processing options
  • RAL colors

  • Special colors from the AluK catalog

  • Anodizing 15–25 microns

  • Wood-look paint decor

  • Imitation metal

Wood imitation effect

The wood imitation effect adds warmth, softness and the appearance of a natural material to aluminum.

New sublimation technology allows the creation of realistic smooth or rough surfaces.

Powder coating

Powder coating is the process of "coating" metal with an organic layer, which serves a decorative effect and protection against corrosion. The standard range includes 76 colors , divided into collections:

Shine (38 treatments)
  • glossy, semi-gloss, metallic, sable

Matte (38 finishes)
  • matte, dotted, muted

In addition to its aesthetic value, surface treatment has the task of securing and protecting building joinery from weather and other environmental influences.

This window allows for a long lifespan.

Anodizing

The main goal of anodizing is to preserve the decorative appearance of the material, even when it is exposed to aggressive environmental influences in urban and industrial centers. Anodizing aluminum is one of the most important technical achievements in the field of light metal protection.

For various reasons, various surface treatment techniques were later developed, but anodizing still remains the treatment that offers the best surface protection for aluminum today.

Anodizing aluminum ensures:

  • improved corrosion resistance,

  • increased surface strength,

  • resistance to wear and erosion,

  • improved thermal insulation properties.

There are 34 anodizing options available in different colors and effects: metallic, brushed, shiny.
